Pre-sales Engineer

Job Description:

1.  Responsible for market insight and requirement collection of the product, including but not limited to, providing product requirement research results and product market strategies based on insights into industry trends, competitors, customer needs, and product technology development trends, and offering design reference opinions to the R&D department to promote product improvement and rapid iteration.

2.  Responsible for the external value delivery of the product, including but not limited to, remote or on-site product communication, and product demonstrations to key customers.

3.  Responsible for supporting major company projects, providing customer communication, solution presentation, product exchange, collection and assistance in solving customer quality issues for key major projects in subsidiaries, as well as participating in the production of daily customer questionnaires and other support activities.

Job Requirements:

1.  Bachelor’s degree or above, with a background in science and engineering preferred.

2.  3-5 years of relevant work experience in product management, industry management, marketing management, pre-sales, etc., in the industrial sector.

3.  Proficient in using PPT and possessing a certain aesthetic sense.

4.  Possess good market insight, requirement collection, product planning, and value delivery capabilities.

5.  Strong communication skills, good personal image, and presentation abilities.

6.  Customer-oriented, with a good sense of teamwork and service consciousness.

7.  Strong sense of responsibility and proactivity, able to actively complete work within responsibilities and willing to accept various temporary and emergency tasks, capable of adapting to long-term frequent business trips.
