Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the preparation and review of international logistics documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
2. Familiar with sea freight export and import documentation operations in foreign countries, such as invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bills of lading, insurance policies, and follow-up on telex releases.
3. Responsible for document follow-up during the export customs declaration process and collaborate with other departments such as finance.
4. Regularly review and submit logistics expenses for settlement, and confirm and follow up on tax refunds.
Job Requirements:
1. More than 5 years of relevant work experience in international cargo import and export, customs declaration, and inspection.
2. Possess professional knowledge of international trade and customs affairs, be familiar with all operational aspects of international logistics processes, understand the characteristics of sea and air freight routes, and have experience in export transportation and customs management under various trade terms such as FOB/CIF/DDP.
3. Familiar with domestic customs clearance and foreign destination port policies, with relevant work experience preferred, and holding qualifications such as a logistics specialist certificate, international business documentation specialist, inspection officer, customs declarer is preferred.
4. Strong team spirit, integrity, and a sense of responsibility.
5. Capable of handling pressure, with strong learning ability and self-motivation.
